the room we had included a safe, a work desk, and a dining area. the breakfast spread was freshly prepared and luxury, with lots of delicious options.

It was in an excellent and absolutely perfect location with a well-known beach nearby.

I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic location of Dream Hotel. It was perfect for exploring the area. The staff, especially Lan and Chan, were incredibly helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is a work in progress, but the ongoing improvements show promise. The WiFi was reliable for Lombok and I appreciated having a great smart TV in my room.

Although my overall experience was positive, I did notice some areas for improvement. The bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked, with old mould stains on the shower walls.

During my New Year stay, I appreciated the breakfast offered at the hotel. The pancakes were especially scrumptious. I liked the location of the hotel as it was just a short walk to the beach. One more advantage was the warm hospitality of the receptionist who offered her table light when there was no light in the bathroom before they fixed it.

And let's not forget about breakfast—perfectly satisfying with a fresh fruit buffet and a choice of classical Indonesian dishes like eggs and pancakes. It's a great way to start the day, especially when you consider that the hotel handles any potential power outages with ease.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than okay.

The hotel was located in a convenient area, near an ATM and convenience store. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to store our bags upon check-in and whilst we waited for our rooms. it was great value for money.

There were significant maintenance issues with the property. The walls, ceilings, and pool were in disrepair and there were big cracks present.
